From Ripley near Harrogate take the B6165
If travelling from Ripon take the B6265
From the South on the A59 take the B6451
From Skipton and the West, either follow the A59 route or the B6265 via Grassington and Greenhow Hill. On approaching Pateley Bridge from Greenhow, turn right for Bewerley village and follow the direction signs to the Bewerley Car Park.
Alternative local routes:
Dacre Top: Traffic from Harrogate can follow the A59 and take the B6451 to Dacre Top. Turn left over Heyshaw, right on the Pateley Bridge road past Yorke’s Folly (Two Stoops) and down in to Bewerley.
Glasshouses Crossroads: On the B6165 from Harrogate, light show traffic can turn left down through Glasshouses village and follow the signs for the Bewerley car park and Park & Ride.
Look out for the Show signs for these alternative routes!
Traffic
Traffic can be quite heavy at certain times on Show Day, for example, early morning as trade stands and exhibitors head for the showground.
Pateley Bridge High Street is temporarily closed to traffic at 11.00 am to allow the Brass Band led Show Parade to march down the High Street and on to the Showground.
Drivers are advised to travel early or to take advantage of well-signed alternative routes where appropriate.
