NIDDERDALE SHOW 2009
Advance Notice of Classes

The show would like to let prospective exhibitors in the open classes have advance notice of various classes so that they can have plenty of time to prepare their exhibits.

Show schedules containing information about all classes, entry fees and entry forms will be available from the beginning of July. The schedules will be widely available from outlets in Pateley Bridge and the surrounding area or by contacting the Show Secretary, Mrs Susan Monk (Tel: 01969 65129, email: info@nidderdaleshow.co.uk ).

HANDICRAFTS:
1. Hand knitting - something stripey!
2. An item in/with bobbin lace
3. Cross stitch commemorative picture/sampler, max 50 cm
4. A small chair or stool with an upholstered seat
5. A handmade scissor case - any decoration
6. A handmade Christmas card
7. A handmade necklace
8. A small decorative cushion, max 30 cm

CHINA PAINTING:
1. An item with a naturalistic wild flower(s) painting

ART:
1. Water colour - 'A Nidderdale Scene' - Mounted, max 70cm
2. Oil/Acrylic - 'Stormy Weather' - Framed, max 70cm
3. Drawing - 'Animal, Vegetable or Mineral' - Mounted, max 60cm
4. Pen and Wash - 'A Nidderdale Building' - Mounted, 60cm
