If you would like to be considered for a trade stand site at future shows, please download the relevant enquiry form and return to the Secretary or email to email@example.com. Include a full description of what you intend to display or sell at the show and details of the size of the stand you require. Please also enclose a picture of your stand or the products you will be displaying, or include website details where these can be viewed.
Once we have received this information we will put you on the waiting list.
Please be aware we are unable to fulfil all requests for trade stand sites as we receive many more applications each year than space available and it is therefore unlikely that we will be able to inform you if you are unsuccessful. If a suitable site location becomes available we will send you a Trade Stand Application form to book your site.
Please include as much information about your stand and products as possible to enable us to make an informed decision about your application.
